Safe / Quiet Room
A safe and quiet room provides a low level of stimulation, enabling the user to calm down. This can prove beneficial for people who suffer from Autism, mental illnesses or learning difficulties. Users can use the room as a means of managing their own behaviour, by requesting time in it when they or their carer recognises their stress levels are rising, dramatically reducing the incidence of crisis situations.
