Delivery & Returns

Delivery Dates

We hold a large stock of sensory equipment and therapeutic resources, and we will aim to despatch your order within 7-10 days. Any items that are out of stock will be placed on back order for you and will be shipped as soon as stock is available, at no additional charge. For goods which are manufactured to order, please allow up to 28 days for delivery. An estimated delivery date will be shown on your order confirmation email. Delivery dates are quoted as estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery charges are based on the value of your order.

Delivery to Mainland UK destinations are as follows:
Orders £10 and under – £7.50
Orders £100 and under – £9.00
Orders £100 to £1,000.00 – £15.00
Orders £1,000-£1,999.00 – £25.00
Orders £2,000 and over – £50.00

Additional charges will be made for bulky or large items.  This is added at the checkout and noted on products where it applies.

Non-Mainland UK Destinations

Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & UK Islands –  Additional £30.00 + VAT

Europe & Channel Islands

Charges for delivery to Southern Ireland, Guernsey, Jersey & Isle of Man will be charged at a cost, which will be shown on your order confirmation email.

Charges for delivery outside of the UK will be charged at a cost, which will be shown on your order confirmation email.

Returns
If you’ve changed your mind and wish to return an item, please contact a member of the Rhino team within 14 days of delivery. All products returned must be in a resalable condition and include their original packaging. Should the item not be returned in a resalable condition, we will not be able to issue a full refund.

The cost of returning the item must be covered by the customer.

If the item is a made-to-order product with a colour choice, then a return will be subject to a 25% handling charge. While Rhino Sensory UK reserves the right to refuse the return of any bespoke manufactured item, we will assess each case on an individual basis.

If, for any reason, you would like to return a product, please contact us first to request a return number on 01270 766660. Goods returned without prior permission will not be accepted.
